U.S SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees at checkout is standard flat rate based on USPS First-Class shipping.​

We offer FREE shipping on all purchases of $40 or more for domestic orders.

As most items are handmade to order or made in small batches, please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and 2-10 days for completed shipping via USPS.

RETURNS

MANGO GINGER Jewelry does not accept or offer returns due to hygienic purposes. Refunds are also not offered. 

All pieces are made in small batches and are closely observed for damages and insure quality craftsmanship.

 

EXCHANGES 

MANGO GINGER Jewelry may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Exchanges can be made for a product of equal or lesser value.

MANGO GINGER Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
